Albany airport is roughly 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs; we recommend flying Southwest if you're coming from BWI or DCA. United has daily flights from IAD as well.
Our dress code is black-tie optional, and we encourage guests to be dramatic with their formal attire. The Canfield Casino is a historic building with stunning interiors, and we think it's a great chance for our guests to go all out with their outfits. You can view some inspiration here.
We ask guests to begin arriving at 5:00 PM. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM; it will take you about a five-minute walk to reach the Italian Gardens from the Canfield Casino, where you'll be parking.
Our wedding is ages 10+; we want guests to be able to fully enjoy the moment! Please note in your RSVP if you are bringing your child— we will send a note along to our caterer to make sure they are included!
Both! Our ceremony will be held in the Italian Gardens, a short walk from our reception location, the Canfield Casino. If it rains, we will move the ceremony indoors to the Canfield Casino's parlor. Our cocktail hour and reception take place indoors at the Canfield Casino.
We ask guests to be present at the ceremony and leave photography to our professional photographers! But we encourage you to indulge your inner Diane Arbus at our cocktail hour and reception; we will feature a QR code upload link to a shared drive at our wedding so all guests can share their images.
It depends how you want to spend your weekend! There is plenty to do in downtown Saratoga (and ride shares are available), but if you'd like to travel further afield, we recommend renting a car.
Yes—we have parking available for 60 cars onsite, and there is a free parking at the Putnam Street Parking Deck next to the park. Most of the hotel blocks we have selected are also walkable or a short ride share away.
We invite guests who want to keep the party going to head to Caroline Street, a few short blocks away, which has a variety of bars and taverns to check out.
